Pink Glove Video Inspiration: When I saw the invitation to submit an entry in the Pink Glove contest, I was immediately inspired. I knew the associates, physicians, volunteers and other care givers at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital would be passionate about the cause and enthusiastic to represent the Advocate experience that we live by every day, creating the best place for patients to heal, physicians to practice, and associates to work. And this is not just a feeling you get when the cameras are rolling. From the compassionate nurse caring for a brand new life and the chaplain helping a grieving family, to the physician sharing a breast cancer diagnosis and the volunteer comforting a lost soul, Good Shepherd Hospital associates are strong in their conviction to deliver exceptional care. So it goes without saying that a vision of excellence, along with a bit of healthy camaraderie, was the inspiration for our entry. Enjoy!
